Talk through your needs
We start with a conversation about your sites, assets, and the questions you need to answer. We’ll discuss your available surveys, current workflows, and how you want to use the results. You don’t need a finished specification. An outline of your priorities and the data you hold is enough to begin.
Reach outClose any gaps
We’ll review whether your available data can support the work you have in mind and identify anything else needed. That might mean arranging a first lidar capture, commissioning a second survey to measure change, or preparing existing data through point classification and improvements to classification quality. We’ll agree how to address those gaps with you and, where needed, a suitable capture partner, with the scope, cost, and timing clear before work begins.

We’ll confirm the scope, cost, timing, and delivery format before processing begins. The pilot gives your team real results to assess: whether the measurements answer your questions, how they fit your workflow, and what needs refining before expanding.
Build your monitoring programme
Once the pilot establishes a useful approach, we can extend it across more sites, assets, or survey dates. Historical captures can build out the record, while new surveys provide the next point of comparison. We agree the processing and review cycle around your survey programme, with consistent outputs, reporting thresholds, and delivery into your existing systems or the Stratify Platform.
Mature the programme
Beyond the programme rollout you may choose to monitor additional features, adjust your collection cadence, or explore deeper workflow integrations. Stratify can work with you to get the most from your lidar.
